Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order number required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong order placed by customer
  • Used or damaged items after delivery

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
